Those who work in factories already have their lives organised and are not interested in exams and such. For them English is solely a tool, which allows them to make themselves understood with workers from other countries.
Throughout the years, we have perfected the method in teaching the business man and the technician and training them in order to use the English language effectively.
The classes in the factories are, typically, given at 7'30 in the morning. Although, some even sacrifice part of their lunch hour or sometimes in the evening.
